We are an international project for running enthusiasts who want to challenge themselves in the most iconic races of Ultra-Trail World Tour. At our camps you can get ready for you race or just simply enjoy trail running.

Professional Equipment

If you’re going to weave trail running into your life, it’s wise to invest in a pair of trail running shoes. They differ from road-running shoes in that they're lower profile (lower to the ground), which reduces the chance of ankle rolls with a high heel.

High Quality Accessories

Although many trails provide shaded routes, it’s still wise to wear sunscreen. Sunglasses, dark or light, will protect your eyes from tree braches and bushes. Wearing a hat and bug spray will help prevent insect bites and ticks. Make sure to buy some gaiters

Carry fluids

Bringing hydration with you on a trail run is a must, as you never know how long it is going to take to complete the workout. Some days might take longer than others due to mud, water crossings and more. There are various ways to carry fluids on the run.

How to Start Running

The Run-Walk Method is a great way for new runners to get started and for experienced runners to improve their race times. The method was pioneered by one of our favorite coaches — the Olympian Jeff Galloway.

Choosing the best training plan

Most new runners start with a 5K — a 3.1-mile race that is typically less intimidating than a longer race. Your local 5K will attract a fun, relaxed group of new runners and walkers, as well as more experienced runners who like to go fast.

How to Train

The absolute best way to keep yourself running is to find a race, sign up for it, pay for it and put it on your calendar. A fixed race date will help you stay focused, and keep you on a regular running schedule.
